We rented a unit to store items as we acquired them for our new school. The set up process was simple and we've had no issues. It's convenient and accessible with no unsavory individuals loitering. I was, however, disappointed that we signed up under a one month free promo. Unfortunately, we signed up on the 21st of the month and were charged on the first of the following month. Therefore, we did not reap the benefits of the promo. It would behoove Storage of America to consider offering a complete 30 days free (or a comparable amount off) rather than prorating to the first day of the month. That would have really benefited a small start-up business like ours.
