If I could give zero stars, I would. It's unfortunate that I am even giving one star. This establishment does not deserve it. I have had multiple units with them over the course of the last six years. I have not had any problems until my last unit. The door would not close at all, and when I called to get help I was told that maintain would be there in 10-25 minutes. I ended up waiting for almost two hours with my unit open in the pouring rain. The next time I went over there, was a month later, on a thursday. This time the door would not go up. I called and she said she would have maintain come and look by the end of the day. I waited until 4:45pm, then called for an update. I was told then that he would not be there until the following Monday or Tuesday. I was obviously upset but understood. Monday comes and I get a call that the man would not be out until Wednesday or Thursday. I say ok, and hang up. He did end up showing up on Wednesday and got it fixed, I was informed and told that I could pick up the keys, I did. I was then belittled and completed disrespected by the manager and her daughter. I was told that I needed to learn patience, because I called and asked for an update, but apparently I was harassing them by doing so. (I have my phone records, each call was under two minutes.) She was yelling at me stating that other customer have called her daughter some swear words, which I did not. She then stated that I was at my unit a lot - not true, I've been there a handful of times this year. She proceeded to call me a lunatic for calling on getting an update - I called once and received two call backs including the one letting me know it was completed - and also being upset that I couldn't get into the unit that I paid monthly for. No discount was offered - just terrible customer service. After that interaction I moved completely out in 2 hours. I don't believe that this company who is making over 3,000,000 a year should talk to customers who are just wanting access to the unit they pay for so disrespectfully. With what they charge, they should be able to have onsite maintenance, but it appears that they are too cheap and only care about the money they receive. I do not recommend them. There are about five other storage companies in Harrison that are cheaper and even Climate Controlled. I suggest everyone go with one of those. You will receive better service. ... Read more

My trailer was stolen out of there, and basically they don't care. I'm military stationed overseas, and needed a place to keep a trailer with two project motorcycles for a year or two. My wife was back there, and discovered the trailer was gone. The office said there had been other thefts 8 months ago. They didn't bother to tell us there had been thefts (which another place i have my camper did actually do.) They did bother to note in in my file the spot was empty, and to add insult to injury they raised the rent on the empty spot where my stolen trailer should be. They are allegedly going to reimburse the rent, but.... Thanks? ... Read more

The office lady is very rude. She trys to makeup rules without the owner approving first. I definitely suggest talking directly to the owner i think the office lady has gotten a little too comfortable. But the owner is a very nice christian man who will try and help anyone if he can. ... The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.
