Unfortunately the note on the door states they don’t open for an hour and half after the stated business hours of service. It’s frustrating as the keys for self service are locked inside the building and now we have to wait an hour and pay our movers to sit around as well. Why allow an online appointment to be made if you’re not available. I highly suggest renting from an actual U-Haul location and not this 3rd party provider. ... Read more

Joshua Conway, property manager, was very helpful. He helped me find my storage unit and help me use the app to unlock security access. The facility was clean. I didn't need insurance but it's required. A specific lock it required. I'm a new user of storage so I was surprised. I would recommend this facility. ... Read more

They require a 30 day cancellation notice, so you’ll be charged an entire month you don’t need if this doesn’t adhere to your plans….for storage. Their policy is misleading, they say they pro rate the last month but that’s beginning after you give your 30 day notice which is time you will be charged for irregardless of if your unit is empty. I don’t think this practice should be legal. We’ve had to utilize other storage facilities in the past and they did not do this, when your stuff was out, they stopped charging. Seemed much more fair and fitting for the nature of this business. In addition to shine further insult on their practices for this facility, this is also after having received an $80 month price hike within the last 6 months. It’s a shame as there isn’t even an exception to waiving the 30 day notice if you needed this place long term, which we did, they’ll still treat you like trash after you diligently paid your bill for over a year. If it was a short term caveat because of a promotion or such it would at least have some merit, alas, it’s not. Will never use or recommend this facility in the future. ... Read more

Used this storage facility for my company. As an Executive Assistant I found the staff super helpful, easy to work with, and professional. Had to close the account because office is moving and closing the account was easy. Would recommend this facility for any business storage needs. ... Read more

The Beaverton location is very clean and secure and the staff is very helpful. The company makes it easy to pay via the app. The 24hr access is very convenient. I feel that the prices are way too high, I pay $152 for their smallest unit so I will probably look for something cheaper very soon. Other than the prices,I have had an excellent experience all around and feel that my valuables are safe and secure. ... Read more

I would strongly recommend avoiding renting a storage unit from this business unless it's for a very short term (1-2 months) and part of a promotional deal. Their pricing practices are concerning, as they significantly increase rates after any promotional period or originally agreed-upon rate ends. As someone who has rented several storage units across the country during military service, college, and job relocations, I've encountered both good and bad experiences. While this facility is new, clean, and staffed with friendly front-desk employees, the general management appears focused on maximizing profits at the expense of long-term customers. They frequently advertise low promotional rates online to attract new customers but raise prices steeply for existing tenants. My wife and I rented a 5x10 unit three years ago on a promotional deal for around $69 per month. After the promotion ended, our rate increased to $89. Over time, we received emails notifying us of further rate hikes: first to $139, then to $179. Meanwhile, as of January 2, 2025, the same "Premium" 5x10 units were advertised on their website for a regular rate of $83, with a promotional offer of two months at half price. This means we were paying more than double the advertised regular rate for the same type of unit. We reached out to management, pointing out that as loyal customers of three years, we were paying far more than even the regular advertised rate. Despite this, their response was to offer a $30 discount--still substantially higher than the listed rate for new customers. While the facility itself is well-maintained and convenient, these pricing practices make it difficult to recommend this business for long-term storage needs. ... Read more

Jamie, John and Matthew (or Michael I’m sorry ??) were all fantastic. I hit traffic on the way to pick up my keys and they were so patient and understanding… the unit is clean and feels very secure, perfect for an interim solution between moves. Thanks so much guys :) ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
