    From the first phone call I made when Steve talked to me about what was available and held a spot for a few days while I made my way to Oregon from Texas to help my mother move until my third (and I hope for a while at least final!) trip to our new storage locker, my experience with Storage Depot in Dallas was excellent.     These are great units, and very well taken care of. However, my 5 star rating is about their customer service. They go above and beyond for their customers and they make you want to keep renting a unit there, whether ya still need it or not. LOL.     I needed a storage unit right away and I called Storage Depot and they were able to get me into a be the very same day. The units are so clean and brand new. They have a huge elevator and padded walls in the elevator so you don’t mess up your things. They also have flat bed carts you can use to move your things. They have security gates and you need a code to get into the gates and the building. I always felt safe when I went. The people were so kind to me and helpful.
