The worst storage place I have ever used! The owner/manager doesn't care if all of your stuff is stolen. Wont even respond about the theft. My sister and I paid for the unit for many years and not a word from anyone! They just don't care! Still haven't heard anything! ... Read more

They rented out space for me store my 5th wheel camper. While it was there someone broke the lock on the door and broke into it and everything of value was stolen. So I changed the way it was locked and installed a chain and a combination lock. Then someone cut the lock and it got broken into again and someone was apparently living in it. Once I finally had my own place to park it, I immediately cleaned it out and there was more stuff in it than when I parked it and it was just filled with trash. When I asked the storage people about it they said they knew nothing about it and thought I must had cut the lock. They also told me that the cameras that face it cant see where it was. ... Read more

I sincerely hope that whomever stole our families belongings out of my sister's storage unit gets' everything stolen from them. Evil deeds can bite you back. I see the five star reviews with no mention of why they rate this facility so high. The facility is clean. But be advised that if you have anything of value stored at this facility you should take pictures, have a list when stuff is put in and taken out and check on it frequently.so you know everything is there. Our sister moved to Grants Pass in 1999 for a job and had to put inherited family belonging in a unit here. She had to move to Northern Oregon in 2002 for another job. Continued paying the rental on the unit. Was unable to return to check on it. She passed away in 2013, I continued to pay rental. I am unable to drive so couldn't check on it. This last Memorial weekend my remaining sister went to remove the family valuables and they had to cut the lock off to open the door. Rolled it up and there were empty boxes all over the floor. All of the furniture, paintings and anything else of value had been removed at some point and another lock put on. People learn from this so you don't have to go through the heartbreak of losing irreplaceable valuables! The security doesn't appear to be all that secure. Check your stuff frequently! I have been emailing the manager asking if he can find our stuff or knows what happened to it. He doesn't respond except to send a letter telling me that they are going to auction off the contents for late payment even though my rent is paid to the end of June. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Foothill Mini-Storage - 2828 Foothill Blvd has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Foothill Mini-Storage - 2828 Foothill Blvd can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 50 to 320 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Foothill Mini-Storage - 2828 Foothill Blvd come at a variety of prices, starting from $70 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $250 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
