If I could give -100 Stars I would!!!! This was by far the worst customer service treatment I have ever received in my entire lifetime! Not only did they lock me out of my unit numerous times way before the end of the month, the office manager also yelled at me and both the manager and the owner threatened me and held my stuff and myself against my will to the point of needing to get local law enforcement involved with the situation and myself needing medical attention. And the straight up denial from the manager and the owner about what had transpired! ... Read more

My storage unit was broken into, and when I came in to talk with the owner (lady), she started drilling me, asking where I lived and worked. She accused me, because of where I lived and worked, are the reasons why my unit was broken into. Its because THEY DIDNT HAVE THEIR SECURITY CAMERAS ON, NOR WERE THE INDIVIDUAL UNIT ALARMS ON. When I told her I was notifying the police, she started panicking. The officer, even admitted that Lee's never had their so called SECURITY SYSTEMS ON.... I lost a lot of my "late daughters" stuff, who was 6 years old, and they (OWNERS) said to me, "oh, we had a daughter too, blah, blah, blah" But what they didn't care about was the FACT THAT I NO LONGER HAVE MY DAUGHTERS THINGS!! VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!! ... Read more

units are nice, but the way they do business is questionable, I had my belongings stored their from a estate the unit was rented only in my name but paid for by the estate, without contacting me I was lock out and when I finally got the Item's out and turned the unit back over to them they told me my deposit would be mailed to me and even verified the address, it never came, and when I contacted them I was told I would get a call back when they found out what happened to the check, never got the call back in fact I talked to them 3 times with no response, when I finally found out they sent it to the wrong address, I called to find out why, I was told it was my problem. so if you want straight dealings, stay away from this business (BEWARE) ... Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Lee-s Mini Storage - 1249 Rogue River Hwy has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Enclosed and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
