The place was extremely busy but staff was very courteous and patient with all the customers. I was helped by Alexander, who was nice enough to take the huge boxes that I bought out to my car. Which I really appreciated. I will be coming back in the future ... Read more

If you get an indoor storage unit and there's room for somebody to crawl over the top make sure you ask for a different one someone will steal your stuff and then you'll have to go through the headache of the insurance. As to the comment left below, I am definitely posting about the right place I was in the very back building unit number H042. I moved out April 30th 2018 so unless you've changed something since then there's a big gap right above the door. When I realized some of my stuff it went missing I went up front to the office and spoke to management ask them if they could help me figure out what happened because they have cameras everywhere and I was told this is what you have insurance for. I also asked if we could do something about the gap above the door and they told me NO they've never had a problem in the past. I moved out shortly after this ... Read more

The experience of customer service was excellent. I only have a couple complaints or requests that they do things differently. I wish they'd send out a bill for my monthly dues. Also the unit I rented is one of the smaller ones and I have to walk a bit, which wouldn't be so bad but when I'm constantly transferring things to and from, it's burdensome. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
