Amanda was great! Quick to get me in and showed me around and the gentleman that helped reserve our unit was amazing as well! I can't remember his name but was so helpful! Units were clean and well lit and was easy access to our truck and car! Thank you guys! ... Read more

Amanda, the lady in the office was very friendly. I originally got 10×15 which I got online and I thought a 2 bedroom apt. would be big enough. Amanda, the office lady allowed me go look at 2 units to see how much more space I needed, The price of rhe units are a little steep but compared to the Public Storage, I chose Extra Space Storage because of they have a friendlier staff and wete helpful. ... I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to give credit where it's due. The storage manager Amanda is absolutely outstanding. From day one, she professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I had a lot of questions (and a bit of anxiety about storing valuable items), but she took the time to walk me through everything without rushing or brushing me off. The manager clearly cares about the property and the people who use it. Moving and storing things can be stressful, but they made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. If you're looking for a place to store your things and not worry about them, this is it. Highly recommended! ... Read more

The woman who helped me at the front desk was friendly and helpful but I originally got the unit in 8/2023 for $137 a month. A few months later the cost went up to $170 which was annoying but fine enough. Then in 12/2024 they increased the monthly cost to $270. It took me a few months to get my stuff out and I was stuck paying 2x what the original cost was supposed to be for three months. Would NEVER recommend them. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
