Have been there 6 yrs they have always been helpful and respectful when I am late paying the rent. Yesterday I was leaving my unit maybe 5_7 minutes late and I received a courtesy text today to leave on time. Never had any other problems. ... Read more

Rain water made its way into my storage unit due to a couple of days of heavy rainfall. When I bought my concern to Lori and Ray, they instantly responded with an apology, although it was no fault on the behalf of Public Storage, but mother nature. And, instantly, Lori and Ray offered to change my storage unit, and within five (5) minutes, I had a new storage unit ?? I have utilized many storage companies, but there are none that can compare to Public Storage, or their top tier Customers Service ?? Thank you ?? ... Read more

I was satisfied when Lori was working here. I'm not sure if she is anymore. She helped me a lot. My issue is with the owners. They are probably millionaires and they charge reliable customers horrible prices. I have been out of work and needed surgery, they put my bill up just about 100% increase after a few months. No one could lower the prices and you don't realize how high the increase is until you have been there a couple months. For my size unit, it costs $63 for anyone new. For me, $107 a month. That's astronomical. When it's all said and done, I'm paying double for all my furniture. I hate that the hard workers in this country get charged and treated poorly and the rich people make their money my stepping on our backs. I will NEVER use this facility again. EVER. Now I just learned they have a rodent problem!! ... Read more

I was able to reserve a unit online and the process is super easy. I received a follow up call from Lori who was super helpful and then again a call from Eric just to be sure I was good to go with everything. They both were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. This is my first time ever renting a storage unit so I had lots of questions and Eric and Lori made sure I understood everything that I needed to. Will definitely recommend this place ... Read more
