I helped my daughter move her things from this storage unit. The unit was cleared out on 09/01/23. the worker from the storage facility came over to the unit got the keys and said they were good to go. She was charged 10/01/23 for another month of storage. When she called the owner stated he will look at the storage unit would give her a refund. He called her back approximately 8 mins later and stated the unit was full of trash. He was than asked how can one say it was good and it was supposedly full of trash? We cleaned out the unit and took the little bag of trash with us. This company is lying and ripping people off, I asked for picture and he said he didn't take any. This does not make sense when you already have the customer stating the unit was clean and you are trying to charge a fee. You would want proof and Andrew is the owner and is extremally rude. Stated he had an actual paying customer in front of him to take care of and disconnected the call. These units have a mouse problem and are always full of mouse poop. they also allow homeless people to stay in the units. As I have had human pee on my unit, when I mentioned this he said some people store food what does that have to do with anything. ... Read more

The storage units themselves are fine. My biggest issue with this place is that it’s advertised as being 24/7 but the owner makes it inaccessible between 1-3 AM. The gate never works between those hours, it gives you an error code. I chose this business because I work nights and it’s common for me to need access in the early morning hours. This is something I would love to be fixed! ... Read more

We do storage auctions and occasionally we buy storage lockers from this facility. One of the lady's we dealt with was so extremely rude and ignorant that will will no longer purchase anything from this facility. They allow you a certain amount of time to clean out the storage unit . She decided because she was in a bitter mood to give us the minimum time which was basically impossible . We asked to rent the storage unit for the month seeing how we couldn't make the cut. She then denied us the rental. She was so up in her feelings that she didn't bother listening to what was said and only changed her tune when the other person at the facility said they would rent us the unit. Anyone who has ever bought a storage unit at a facility knows (including the people that work there) that you are not supposed to take anything out of the units , ever. While my brother was standing in there he looked behind the counter and there was a very specific item that was unique to this unit that we purchased laying on the floor . Which means someone had already been in it and accidentally dropped it behind the counter. When they were confronted about it they just claimed ignorant and moved on. So needless to say we will no longer deal with these ignorant and obvious thieves. If there was a zero stars they would get it. Just a fair warning to everyone. ... Read more
