Great place to store our stuff. I enjoyed the friendly staff. The facilities are clean and the owner is willing to meet outside of hours to make sure we were able to get all of our stuff moved in. I was very happy with it overall. They are climate controlled, however they can't promise a specific temperature. When it's 110 degrees outside, it may be 80 degrees or so in doors. Way better than out door facilities by far! I felt like my stuff was safer than if it was at my home! They try hard to please their customers and I like that. A pleasure to have rented from them. I recommend using Smart Storage! ... Read more

Very rude people, prices changed recently 10% increase, owner Chris Jenson is not a man of his word either, they said the temp would stay around 68 degrees inside year round, it was 59 inside (November) the "climate controlled unit" the other day, they won't even back up what they say!! They said the reason why their prices go up is because of heating and cooling costs! I went in there in July and my unit was 85 degrees, they are not a climate controlled storage facility! Then you try and talk to them and reason with them about the temperature in the facility, and Chris the owner said, "we didn't promise any certain degree in the unit" in a very rude manner! He supposed to be big into boy scouts but I guess he has no honor in backing up what he said or just don't care! I was a boy scout and an Asst. scout master and what he has done and how rude he is, is unacceptable as a scout, a person and a businessman!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE, THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU STUFF GETS RUINED!!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
