This place is garbage and the people that run it are petty as hell. My wife just lost her sister earlier this year and her mom 2 weeks ago! We had to have her cremated because we couldn't find her life insurance information, we went to this place to my wife's mother's storage building that was late on payment because, she's not alive now!!!!!! In order to gain access to her mother's storage, the woman basically told us we had to clean out the entire building in order to gain access, well we made a few calls and got some help with a truck. We only wanted the life insurance info and that was it. So we started to move the stuff to the dump until our help had to leave and we had to also because we had been there allday. The building is alot emptier than it was, we hauled off what we could in that time period. We'll today of all days, the person has stalked down my wife's information and phone number and now is threatening to charge her with theft of her own mother property!!!!!! Mind you the payment was due that day. We had no obligation to do anything for the storage goons. My wife is at her breaking point because of the loss of her mom and sister, and now her dad is in i.c.u at our local hospital in Bristol va. The people gave my wife access to the gate code, we had the key to the building. My wife is guilty of nothing besides trying to be the best daughter she can be and handle everything. Now these idiots are harassing her over 100.00 we don't owe them!!!!! I say they got free labor because that's their responsibility when a building is abandoned or late. They better have proof we stole something and they better prove we broke into that place without their knowledge because we as well have a lawyer on stand by!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone simply because the people that run it are garbage and they are trying to threaten my wife with bogus charges lmao!!! I would give them a negative rating if possible!!!!! ... Read more

The staff at this facility is an absolute JOKE! The old woman who answers the phones for this storage facility is hateful, rude and just a ridiculous person to have to deal with. She has absolutely zero manners and she doesn’t have any customer service skills what so ever! I would not recommend this facility to anyone in our area. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
