Storage units in Virginia

Located in a quiet neighborhood area. The new company has made a few changes that have made it a little nicer. I’ve gone early morning and late at night and never felt like I needed to worry about being alone there. Renting a unit and making payments can all be done on-line which is nice, as are the text reminders when payment is coming due.

Night and Day Difference from Other Storage Facilities After dealing with a frustrating experience at Storage King here in Roanoke, I was honestly expecting more of the same, but this place completely changed that. From the start, everything was handled the way it should be. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and I was able to get everything set up without wasting time or jumping through hoops. No confusion, no runaround, just straightforward service. Customer service here is on a completely different level. I was treated with respect, not talked over, and every question I had was answered professionally. That alone made a huge difference compared to what I dealt with elsewhere. David, who helped me, was outstanding. As a fellow military veteran, I really appreciated his professionalism, respect, and the way he carried himself. You can tell he takes pride in helping people and doing things the right way. I also appreciated the transparency. No surprise charges, no pressure to add extras, and everything was explained upfront so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well maintained, which gave me real confidence storing my classic Mustang there. When you’re trusting a place with a vehicle like that, security and upkeep matter, and this place checks all the boxes. Overall, this was a night and day difference from Storage King. If you’re looking for a storage facility that actually values your time and treats you like a customer should be treated, this is the place to go. Semper Fidelis ????

My daughter has stored her extra things here since her Freshman year of college. I've never had any problems, to date. I'm informed via email/text when or if an issue arises. Everything has truly gone smoothly. Should I have a concern, I call, and without hesitation a solution is offered. I appreciate that.
