If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete dump. The keypad to enter is so worn down you can’t see any of the bottom numbers. I was given the wrong gate code and access code to our storage unit from the start. This resulted in long phone calls with customer service that make it really hard to actually speak to someone who can do anything for you. There is no one on sight to help. Our unit smells like mold and mildew. We just recently started to put items in the unit and the third trip to it, the actual unit door broke. We called Customer Service within business hours, and no one was around to help us. We’re hoping no one goes into our unit and steals our belongings. No one from storage sense was willing to help. Apparently the manager was off duty. And we were told to call the next day. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT RENT HERE ... Read more

The initial code I was given to get into the facility wasn't working so I called and talked to one of the operators and she fixed my problem right away and was very pleasant to talk to. I believe her name was Logan. When it can time to use my unit it was easy to get in and out of the facility and unit. When it came time for us to move our stuff out it was very accessible and easy to cancel my storage unit. ... Read more

Any time I have called to speak with representatives they have been very helpful and friendly! The only negative feedback I have is the amount of spiders and bugs that have gotten into my unit. I was in an end unit #014 and you can see right outside. There was no caulking or foaming to enclose it and now the new unit I have moved to was overflowing with spiders which I will have to go spray for them. Overall good fair prices and friendly crew! ... Read more

Was going to leave a five star review because getting set up I spoke with a pleasant girl who happily worked with me to find my storage needs, however she also offered that if I needed to move out suddenly that she would work with me around the move out date. I called and spoke with someone named Patrick who told me he would not work with me because I was “too far into the billing cycle.” When I told him that coming sooner to get my belongings would not work because I’m in DENVER he got rude and kept speaking over the top of me. When I asked him to please stop interrupting me he told me I was “being difficult” and he hung up on me. Also just to let anyone know this location is HORRIDLY confined and not easy to access with trucks and a trailer to bring belongings in. Also the lighting is poor which makes it difficult to work in the evening hours. Update: Had a wonderful conversation with John the supervisor and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He is the example of exemplary customer service. Will update rating to 3 stars. ... Read more
