Was easy to sign up and get a storage unit quickly, but as offered free month on sign up which helps tremendously! Was easy to find and store. Facility is very clean and has efficient protection for your units! Very happy with our experience so far! ... Read more

Very easy process and fast too. Not the fanciest place but the units are air controlled and facility is secure. If you can manage without any human interaction or help at all this is your place, we did it just fine. But if you're gonna need help with anything there doesn't seem to be anyone on sight. Still tho pretty seamless process i like it. ... Read more

The timing of this and the two previous reviews I’m going to say the same. Something is wrong with the lockerfox purchases here. Locker fox claims they just work with someone on site to just open and take pictures and put the lock on and they can only do something about it if the pictures don’t match. The last locker I purchased was old rotten food, scratched lottery tickets kitty litter, bags of trash and p jugs. The person on site staged it to look better than what it was and obviously removed anything of value. This isn’t the first time this has happened just at this location. No other locker places have lockers that have obviously been gone through. If you have cameras, use them, unless they are in on it too. We paid a decent amount of money just to clean trash and rotten things for hours, nothing was salvageable. Inside job 1000%. ... Read more

when I did the on-line sign-up and rent it was so easy! I rented the space, got a free lock and two months free rent. I love that my stuff is inside of the building for temperature control! The place is clean and well kept. I am very happy I chose One Federal! ... Read more

Very helpful on the phone helped me complete my reservation with kindness. I did wish they had devices to set your things on to roll to your unit so I don’t have to carry all of it to the selected storage unit. But I had a guy friend help me. ... Read more

Love the location of the storage and the drivein access to load and unload items is a plus. The units location seem to be in a safe and secure location. Only thing I wish they have more carts available within an area where customers can access easily to carry their items. ... Read more

I just want to tell you about this storage facility I had almost 27,000 worth stolen I was at my unit and got some items out for a friend August 23 came back the end of the month couldn’t get into my building because they had to replace a lock came back on September 1 to get my winter clothes out and found all my items except my Bible that were on the floor and a picture and a tree was left 14-15 large totes stolen along with my extra Prosthetic leg I had as a backup the police came out and got a fingerprint but still trying to get surveillance since no one is at premises! The front door was completely broken and there are also people sleeping in the parking lot I am very upset over this and all they gave me was 1000.00 this place is a joke bad management and I am telling you right now I am a forgiving person but the lord sees all and a thief Jesus will take care of!! I would hate to wake up in a burning lake of fire!! This place is a joke I would not leave my things here unless you want them stolen ... Read more

So… Clealry there is an inside job between the person who works with LockerFox Auction and TreasureHunter auctions is the inside person who seems to open units… you have cameras yet can’t find who took things… My units are there and you report to me two days later about my unit being found opened.. and then AFTER IT WAS CLOSED AND REPLACED… YOU use only two numbers for 4 digit key pad. Both my units have been broken into, yet nothing gets done. One way in and one way out of my unit and it happens twice… No staff, people in a camper living on property stealing your electricity, while people are taking my shit… Insurance or not. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF OUR THINGS!! This was my walk through 2DAYS AFTER your “Tech” did his job, and after so-called changing my lock code, putting a new locker fox tag on it. ... I have been with them for over 4 years when I originally received it was owned by someone else. I lived in another state if I did not I would have switched. In johnson city tn there is Noone to really talk to I have been trying to get someone on the phone over a month. I went to pay and my bill had doubled. I am pulling my storage and I will not rent from them again. When I finally today got ahold of someone after a month I could not understand what they were saying they were no help. ... Read more

I didn't know there was more than one level when I purchased the storage unit online. Some very heavy items had to be carried upstairs and a long hallway, with turns, had to be navigated with big, bulky items. Had I known, I would've secured a bottom level unit, as there were empty units. Otherwise, the unit is secured but easily accessible. ... Read more

I just recently booked a storage unit at this facility. I pulled up to a door and tried using my gate code and the app to open the door to the facility, with no success (my account is active). I tried calling customer service, was on hold and never spoke to a representative. I tried a different door and my code worked. Note: none of the external access doors are labeled, so if you’re using the app to open “lower level doors” you have no clue which one it’s opening. The gate to the lower lot that I originally accessed is open, I haven’t seen it closed in the 20 minutes I’ve been here. Upon booking this facility, I was given a map of the second floor where my storage unit is but was not given a map for the rest of the facility to know where in the building I entered or where the other entrances are. There aren’t any elevators, if there are, I have no clue where they are and they aren’t on a map which is problematic considering I have heavy /large items. Other multiple floor rental facilities I’ve utilized had elevators. The inside of the facility and the units themselves seem nice? However, I still haven’t been able to access mine! Just a reminder, there is no company employees on site, everything is done via your phone and if you have questions, you have to call (if you ever get to speak to a representative). ... Read more

This is the worst self-storage there is. Half the time, the gate doesn't open. There's a garage type door doesn't always work or it just stays open. There's damage to the fence where a tree fell that was months ago and still haven't fixed it . They bought this place from extra storage, and they've jacked up the rent 5 times, but don't fix anything. I would not recommend this place, not safe ... Read more

Rent went up from $81 to $123 in less than a year. If you are okay with moving your stuff shortly after putting it into storage, this might be the right choice for you. If you actually want to store your stuff for a year or more, go to a sporting goods store…buy the best tennis shoes you can…AND RUN!!! Can’t even contact these people. Everything automoted and customer service is based in who knows where. The people that answer the phone read a script and don’t give af. ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
