There are a lot of storage facilities to choose from in this area. I would encourage anyone looking to store their items to not go here. I chose Princeton storage due to close proximity, but that was a mistake. This place raises rates considerably without notice and without mention of it in your contract. When you ask to see your contract they completely ignore you. The routinely don’t run your auto payment so they can charge you late fees. When you contact them and call them out for this they blame it on their system and wipe away the late fees once they realize their attempt to scam you for fees won’t work. Unfortunately you have to catch them in their scam the day of. I kept a large unit with place for multiple years and should have left sooner. A few months ago they tried this scam again but I didn’t catch it that day. 2 days after they didn’t attempt to process my payment they denied me access to my things. They refused to run my payment or waive the unscrupulous late charges. They would only allow payment in full which included hundreds of dollars of bogus fees. They would call and threaten me daily about making a full payment and refused to work with me or simply take the normal payment they never attempted to draft. A few months later they sent me a receipt detailing that they had sold my items in an auction to someone named MORRIS WYATT for $387 cash. When I reached out to them they were belittling and took the attitude of “when you don’t pay your bill your things get auctioned”, which was not at all the case. Then they sent me this link asking for me to review my experience. I have had storage in units in several cities and states. This company is the shadiest. If I could give them 0 stars I would. AVOID PRINCETON STORAGE. ... Read more

Just 'gonna say this. Tommy is the most professional, friendly, seemingly hard-working individual to be the face of Princeton Storage in a great while. First off, he's physically THERE! Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Princeton Self Storage - 515 Princeton Road has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Enclosed, Keyless Unit Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Princeton Self Storage - 515 Princeton Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 400 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Princeton Self Storage - 515 Princeton Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $52 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $329 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
