Thank you Tom in the part department!!! I blew a rear airbag on my 2021 Newmar Kountry Star in Louisville on a Saturday. It was a bear searching for a replacement until I called NIRVC Nashville! Most places just told me, no they don't have the part and it ended there. Tom went above and beyond by searching for anyone that was in my area that does have the part. He found one in Nashville at a truck repair shop. I ended up making the 6hr round trip for it and am now up and running. I don't have the words to thank him enough. The feeling of being stranded and someone that has no real reason to help, actually did help in a major way. Thank you, Tom, and thank you NIRVC for hiring exceptional people! This was definitely a rare experience. I would highly recommend NIRVC over anyone else just for this level of service for someone that didn't patron the business. We did the unthinkable—we bought a Class B Grech! I say “unthinkable” because I’ve always said that if I ever owned an RV, it would never be a Class B van. But the moment we stepped inside this one, we absolutely fell in love with it. We couldn’t be more excited to hit the road and make a ton of amazing memories! As for our experience with NIRVC, I truly can’t say enough good things. Brett and I have been friends for years, and I’ve always known how passionate he is about taking care of customers and helping them fulfill their dreams. We started engaging the folks at NIRVC in Lebanon, TN about a year ago when we took our gasser to their paint & body department to get a quote to repair things we wanted improved. We found them to be very thorough from the very beginning. They made sure to understand exactly what worked was to be quoted. When it was time to review the quote, they and walked through every item and made sure we understood each aspect of the quote. In February, we began to search for a new-to-us Class A DP. That's when we met Tyler Dallie. He wasn't our initial contact, but he witnessed the salesperson who opened a coach for us leave to go to other customers. After some time passed, he came to our rescue, answered our questions. As it turned out, that coach wasn't what we wanted, so we continued to pour through online listings at NIRVC and a multitude of other dealers. Throughout the entire search process, Tyler patiently and professional answered each and every question. He assisted in our search and found a coach that met our search criteria. When the time came, he helped counsel us through the trade-in process even though they don't handle RVs from that manufacturer. For eight months, Tyler outshone all of the other salespersons we spoke with across the country. You gotta call Tyler if you're looking for a RV! When it came time for our walk-through of our new-to-us motorhome, we met with Brandon. We are so impressed with his systematic approach and thorough knowledge of our coach. He gave very clear descriptions of all functions of the coach systems both inside and out! All of our questions were answered. He did a fantastic job! Holly Artlip handled the business end. She was fantastic! Very responsive and helpful walking us through the deal. She took her time to explain the details and explain other goods and services available to us. It was a delight working with her. In the service department, I would be remiss not to give Courtney Vargas a shoutout. While we still had our gasser, it needed some body work to correct a potentially unsafe situation. She got is scheduled and taken care of in spite of our tight schedule. AND, 3 months later while I was walking through the service area to meet Frank, our service advisor, Courtney walked into the area and called me by my first name. Pretty impressive considering we only spoke a few times several months ago. Looking forward to dealing with Frank too. He was very courteous and easy to communicate with. My recent experience at NIRVC-Nashville was above and beyond my expectations. The service I received from Kevin, Brandon, Frank, Holly, and Lauren was first class. The entire process was flawless, and I will being going here for my next coach (number 4). Brandon, who did the PDI, was knowledgeable and very thorough. The NIRVC team in Lebanon (Nashville) TN is exceptional! Starting with Samantha (Service Advisor) who communicated very well throughout our process and was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She made some “magic” happen for us which went above and beyond the call (and their schedule) and was focused on our customer experience! Dustin (chassis /tires) is a MASTER technician and his attention to detail in our case was outstanding! He did MORE than was asked of him and kept us in the loop throughout his efforts. He took the time to ensure our job was done properly and followed up with us on the details. He has a great attitude and an exceptional work ethic! Mike (house/interior) also carefully listened to our concerns, then diagnosed and corrected our slide-out issues with attention paid to getting it done right! Also took care of our Oasis system service with ease. He is another true professional with a great, customer focused attitude! Anthony (detail/wash) and his team did a great job as well and he took the time to listen to any concerns we expressed, then took immediate action to address them and follow-up afterwards to ensure all was to our liking. Fantastic experience! I flew in to Nashville and met with the NIRVC team, Mike, Brandon and Holly! They presented my coach with an awesome delivery program. It was displayed in their indoor facilities with a huge bow and gifts for my family! Had an excellent walkthrough to make sure everything was as expected and to educate me on the coach. I wanted to take a moment and recognize my sales rep, Hunter Stinson out of the Lebanon, TN location. I did a fly and buy purchase for my Tiffin, GH1 and Hunter continuously went out of his way to ensure not only my comfort during my two days with him, but also my safety. My first overnight in the RV at the Lebanon location, it got down to 11° and I lost water pressure in the RV. Being a newbie, I overlooked a switch, but I contacted Hunter who was home with his family about the loss of water and he immediately started his way to me and had his tech call me in the meantime. With Bama, the Tiffin tech on the phone, he isolated the problem and it was a quick fix. However, Hunter was half way to me to put me up in a hotel and to put the rig inside. Needless to say we didn’t need to, but I was so impressed by this young man’s dedication to his customers. NIRVC is an OUTSTANDING company. If you are buying, repairing, renovating or storing a RV you are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t use them. My goodness, they have a 4.8 rating! That means that for every 100 people that took the time to write a review 96 gave them a 5 star rating… We bought our 1st RV from NIRVC in 2018 from one of the nicest persons I have ever met, Kimberly Daly. BTW she is a very good salesperson too. She works out the Texas office and she takes networking to the next level. If you need anything, she will do whatever it takes to get you an answer. So we didn’t even consider any other place to shop when it was time to get our next RV. If you are looking for the best price, NIRVC is very competitive. If you are looking for the best VALUE, NIRVC is the best in the business and there isn’t anyone else even close. We took delivery of our 2025 Entegra Cornerstones on 12/3/24 and every, single employee I’ve had contact with has been exceptional. Everyone in sales, delivery, service, finance and technical has treated me like I was the only customer they were dealing with and had a singular purpose to get me satisfied. I’ve dealt with Mike, Brandon, Adam, Alec, Sesty, Holly, Taylor, Dustin, Kyle, Demond & Bradley on this transaction and several others who deserve mention but my memory isn’t what it used to be so this will have to do. Bradley Petree, to me, exemplifies the NIRVC attitude toward customers…He has spent hours answering questions, doing research & solving problems. He has exceeded my expectations in every way and left me feeling that he would do whatever it took to meet my needs. BTW he has the greatest tool chest I’ve ever seen (even without the hutch). I’ve actually given quite a bit of thought to how any company could provide this level of customer service and still be profitable. I got my answer when I met Brett Davis, the CEO of NIRVC. We had ordered our Cornerstone but hadn’t been able to actually look at one. Brett had his Cornerstone in Lewisville, while we were dropping off our Anthem for consignment, and he invited us in.
