Great people and a wonderful storage facility! The billing process is seamless; I've had to update twice and never any issues with doing so. Family owed and very accommodating! Thank you, Johnny and Jennifer, you are wonderful people to work with! ... Read more

I had belongings stolen from my unit, and was never notified. When I went to get my things from my unit, there was a lock on the door that wasn’t mine. An old man in a red ford expedition, drove by and when i asked him about the lock he said he was a maintenance worker there and that my unit had been broken into several months ago. When he opened my door, i had thousands of belongings stolen out of it, broken glass everywhere, i was shocked. Pictures included. When i spoke with the owner about it, she said they didn’t have an old man who worked for them and that “trust me, nobody would want to steal your things.” Ma’am, i had thousands of dollars worth of belongings stolen. When I asked her to investigate or look into security footage, she said she would let me know, and she never did! Would not recommend this facility to anybody if you actually plan on storing anything, worth anything. EDITED: Got a response from the owner saying there was never a lock on my door and that they sent me multiple notifications that i needed to fix it because there were belongings hanging out. How were these notifications provided? because I was NEVER notified of this or I would have handled it immediately. My ex (husband at the time) stated all belongings were inside and a lock was placed. Again, unless you are willing to finally provide security footage to support your claims, i stand by my review. ... Read more

Do not use these people for your needs. I moved out in June and they continued to charge monthly from my credit card after I told them I was moving out. We are know in a battle over it and they are refusing to refund my money. It's family owned and they do not keep good records. Don't trust these people. I made that mistake. I'm putting in a complaint with the BBB next and filing a lawsuit to get my money back. It's a small town. These people do not live in Anahuac. I will never do business with them again. Nor do I recommend them. I also have proof, I called and spoke to the lady that now responds on here to peoples complaints behind her computer with, it clearly stats in writing on our website. Well then show me where I signed anything. Including a lease agreement, you don't have one. I have asked for proof of things she says are still in a storage i saw was empty thats to the old man in a truck that does work for you, he lives on property and takes care of the lawn. If not how did he let me in. You have a lot of nerve lady. I will see you in court. I saw the other complaints and you will never hush me up. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
