Storage units in Anahuac, TX, and nearby areas

I’ve been using this storage facility for about 4 years now! As my business needs have changed they have been very accommodating to my needs for multiple storage buildings and parking spaces. Michael and Brittany are the best around. We looked into other storage possibilities but they needed copies of titles of vehicles being stored, etc…we’ve never had a problem here and I can access my secure storage 24/7. They are gated and cameras all over the facility and well lit. I highly recommend these wonderful people and their facility….

Faith and Lisa are the best, talk about great customer service. I will be back again.

Megan is always extremely helpful anytime I need anything. I do not care for public storage. I hope they at least keep Megan here.

Really nice facility and clean. The lady was very nice I am sorry I can’t remember her name very helpful and answered all questions.

Me and my friend came across this new place shout out Sarah for the customer service

Large, clean facility with lots of cameras and security. Violet is personable and accommodating. 24/7 access. Nothing in the area compares.

Layla asked me today while I was in the store if I would leave her a review, and I said yes. So, Layla, here is your review! From the moment I walked in, Layla welcomed me with such kindness and a genuine smile. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I understood everything before I left. Layla, you were absolutely amazing! I truly cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service you provided. You made me feel welcomed, appreciated, and confident that I was in good hands. Thank you so much, Layla, for your kindness and outstanding customer service. You are truly an asset to Public Storage! ??

Hassle free, great communication when renting a spot, ALOT of security cameras which is great and high fences. Big area for parking spots.
