This location was great until it was purchased by Public Storage. I have rented a unit here for 18 months and never had an issue, 2 months ago this location was purchased by public storage and everything changed. Access to your unit is dependent on cellular service, the previous company had WiFi so access was never an issue, apparently that’s too hard for PS to do, as they still don’t have WiFi available. The app is unreliable, fortunately the old companies app is still working, that’s the only way I can access the unit. The young lady that works the desk is great, she’s always helpful, but there is only so much she can do because she can’t access the units either. In addition, the rental rate increased, no more Uhaul trucks and supplies, it’s overall a poor experience. We have cancelled our contract. ... Read more

To start off Trena is a gem. Her customer service skills are 2nd to none. She was extremely helpful when I had an issue with the app and locked my phone in my unit The technology is very good most time but I did have difficulties when the switch happened and Trena took extra time to help me troubleshoot and try to fix it. She would not let me leave until she helped me at least try to fix it. Very good service. Thank you Public Storage for keeping the level of service this community looks for. Go Trena!!! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.
