Jordan, the property manager, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer all of my questions, gave me a tour of the property, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before making a decision. It’s not often you find someone who is both professional and genuinely kind, but Jordan is exactly that. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The property is clean, well-maintained, and secure. If you’re looking for storage and want a stress-free experience, I highly recommend Honey Bee RV & Boat Storage. Thank you, Jordan, for all your help! ????? ... Read more

This facility is in a great location for us. It’s under new management so I went in to talk to the manager. Jordan was so helpful in helping me pick out a unit with power for my RV. Very clean and the cameras are a plus. ... Read more

I liked the facility, the layout, and the amenities. A+ on that! The keypad and gate was frequently inoperative, and we heard several accounts of vandalism and theft of property. We chose to move out and went to a different part of town to hopefully minimize the threat of a loss. ... Read more

They have a nice clean facility, and they had the best price I could find locally. The only problem any of you will have with them is they are very difficult to get on the phone. I've read horror stories about people getting locked inside because their code wouldn't work and having to climb the fence to get out. ... Read more

So, we have been using this storage location to store our Class A, covered with electric for about 7 months now. On a few occasions when we first got our unit we have tried to call the office number, no one answered and it just rang so you couldn't leave a message. Two of those times was because we could not get in after office hours even though our account had been completed for after hours access. We submitted everything, it just wasn't processed. It took a couple days to finally have the 24-hour access because someone failed to complete it on their end. Since then, we have gotten locked inside the gates because our access code would not work to let us out. From past experience that no one was answering the phones, we couldn't call anybody. We had to climb over the gates to put our code in on the entry side in order to get out. We are in our '50s and '60s. And in general no one should have to climb the gate. The last time we took our motorhome out we had planned on dumping our tanks and rinsing at the storage unit. The septic area was full and as we were emptying the covers for the septic was flowing out water. Soon we will be looking for another storage unit because neither my husband or I want to be stranded there when we go there by ourselves and can't get out of the gate. Plus, we want to have the ability to dump our tanks without overflowing the septic. Other than these minor and annoying inconveniences, everything's been fine ... Read more
