Crystal at Public Storage is top-tier. Professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the customers. She handled everything quickly, communicated clearly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We had a small security concern and she took it seriously—checked footage, followed up, and made sure everything was handled properly. That level of attention and accountability is rare. If you’re storing here, you want Crystal running the place. ... Read more

Let me start by saying I randomly go to any location as I am out driving. In all, I estimate I have been to 7 or 8. I visited this location last month, in August. The property manager, Krystal was on duty and let me tell you she made a world of difference in customer service and professionalism! She was friendly, smiling, and helpful. The helpful, is what I want to elaborate on. My friend is having a difficult time right now due to being in a serious car accident. Krystal was unaware of this yet was telling me to thank her for her loyalty because she has been a long time customer with them! She also, gave her a discount for the next month as an incentive for her appreciation! I told her she has no idea how much that discount will help my friend and explained her situation. And that this is why her account had been flagged, for untimely payment, because of the hospitalization. Krystal told me to have my friend to call her personally and she would work with her to get her account back in good standing. Just wanting to help her meant a lot. I have asked several people what can be done so she can pay over the phone. Currently she Zelle's me the money, I go to the bank to get cash, go purchase a money order, and then find a PS that is actually open and operating (many are by appointment now) to pay. This location just so happen to be the physical location of her unit, which I didn't know at the time, and Krystal displayed professionalism and what "taking care of the customer " is all about. I know this is long but I had to give her, her ?? roses. She deserves everyone to know how she exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to assist. The thing is you have to have a heart to genuinely want to help and she did. The other locations just wanted me out of there. My friend called her and unfortunately corporate (pencil pushers) would not lift the flag off her account. Regardless, Krystal's service retained a long term customer because I had told my friend I was going to get a truck and move her property some place else. I am a stickler for NOT SPENDING MONEY any place that treats customers like account numbers rather than people. I understand they have a business to run just as they should understand emergencies happen to real people not units!! I feel better now that I know the character of the PM that has her property. Thank you KRYSTAL and may Jehovah God bless you!!! ?? ?? ... Read more
