READ THIS PORTION OF THEIR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU RENT HERE BECAUSE THIS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED ON THE 3RD MONTH AND EVERY OTHER MONTH AFTER Per section 2.2: Public Storage can raise your Monthly Rent, fees, and other charges with just 30 days' notice, often sent by email. There's no cap on the increase amount and no requirement for justification. Continued use of the unit after the notice period = you've agreed to the new rate. No spelling errors found. ... Read more

DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT HERE unless you want a price increase every couple of months. I got a unit here in February at a rate of $160 per month; by the third month my rate was $190, and now it's $267.00. I called to ask why I was being charged over $100 more than the agreed-upon rate, and the store employee was very condescending, just repeating that my contract says prices are subject to change without notice at any time. I found another storage unit nearby for $130 for the same size, so this will be my last month here. ... Read more

Update still the worst place now both elevators are broken in building B. We can’t get to our unit. We have left multiple messages for manager and regional manager and no responses or no callbacks. This is a horrible storage space. We started to rent back in July 2025 when we went to see our unit they informed us the lights are out but should be working by the end of the week. We understood and know sometimes things break and are usually repaired in a fair amount of time. Well fast forward to November then they are working after we have called every month and ask to speak to someone and constantly got voicemail and it was full. But we finally reached someone and they gave us a discount but we still said we need a light since we have a large unit. Then the end of December we needed to get in our unit. Well the elevator closest to our unit broken down so there was only one other elevator working in the building and on the other side and far from our unit. Again we gave it sometime but we went back and then the outside entry doors to let all customers into their units was broken and absolutely no one could get in. We went back the next day and still not working. Another customer was there and he was furious and was on the phone and kept getting sent to voicemails. We tried every day for a week and still nothing. Again called and still didn’t get any response back to our voicemails. That week later we finally had time and was able to get in the building and saw that the elevator was still broken. What made us so mad and decided we are leaving is that during that week I need to get in and get my stuff cause there entry gates didn’t work. I lost $5000 in business sales cause I could not get to my items. Also there is never anybody in the office. We are leaving the place and never returning and recommend TMS self storage. Please go there instead. Do not go with public storage. ... Read more

Bait and switch. Warning you now…they pass along price increases every 2 months. Started out at $140 went to $160, then $180 and now $193 in 6 months. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better business bureau and Texas Attorney General office for Deceptive business practices. I’ve called and called you will never be able to reach a manager or get a return phone call back! Avoid this storage place at all cost! See screenshot of payments. ... Read more

UPDATE… Was told 3 times in a week that lights are fixed. Went to move out of my unit today and guess what?!?! They are absolutely NOT FIXED!!! Pictures to prove once again that I’m not a liar. I’m not even a rude person. I’m just sick of the way this place runs business and treats customers. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!!!! FIX YOUR LIGHTS!!!! QUIT BLAMING EACH OTHER!!!! Customers are allowed to get frustrated and upset when management does not do their job. This place just ignores you or hangs up on you!!! Then ignores your call when you try and callback. Been a customer for multiple years. Have 2 units and never really had any issues. You learn to bring your own cart because the ones on sight are never available. You learn to not get frustrated when the elevators are down. You learn that your bill will go up and up and up. Our rent has more than doubled on both units in 3 years!!! We adapted to their maintenance issues very well and dealt with the ridiculous pricing. BUT when you come across an issue and they refuse to acknowledge it, going on now for 14 months you start to get angry. I have heard every excuse possible. I have learned that there is no communication and each manager (yes there’s multiple) blames it on the other one. I have heard 3 stories in 7 days and it’s always different. All I’m asking for is the lights to be fixed by my unit. Multiple lights down the hallway are out and they will not fix them. You CANNOT SEE ANYTHING by my unit. Said they put in a work orders and there’s nothing else they can do. I have to bring my own lights, my own cart, and hope the elevators are working. I’m not sure how this place gets so many stars!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! ... Read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!! MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! There are many storage places in this area. GO SUPPORT THEM!! Been a customer for 3+ years. Actually have 2 units. So I can say I was a happy customer minus 1 ongoing issue with this facility for multiple months. I have called, put in work orders, complained. It gets you no where. On site managers are never on site. Managers tell you one thing and then another manager tells another thing. I have been given multiple numbers to call and it's always the same thing. No one is willing to help. No one is willing to try . They literally blame it on each other. It's all about the $$$$. If you do choose this place here's what to expect... Your bill goes up nearly every month. Be prepared to take your own carts. Be prepared for elevators to not work. Be prepared to be lied to by managers when you have a issue with any of the above. Be prepared to be called names and hung up on. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! PS Other places are cheaper and have better facilities!! ... Read more

Couldn’t access Gate B. Said to speak to management. The door was locked. Knocked and tried calling all the numbers provided. Gate A was accessible. Went into there and found the office bathroom. Tried knocking on that door. Heard the phone ringing. This was at 5pm. Things in my car that can’t stay in there for temperature reasons. There was no communication. Assume they didn’t know about the gate at the time. Even tried to press the buttons on the gate entry. What are we suppose to do in these situations? When there is no number or information for use to go off of. Didn’t know that the property manager went on break. The other gentleman that was there had hired movers. And could access the gate either. ... Read more

Very pleased with my moving in experience. Had to figure out everything online as mostly online ordering. Received the entry code the day of move in so feel safe knowing excellent security and comfortable temperature is really nice and to drive inside was a different experience so that was pretty cool. Was able to talk to the office a few times. Also received a welcome call before moving in and went over the same things in the video they have online. So that’s a great A+ ... Read more

They raise my rent almost every month. Their app is trash and will not allow me to make my monthly payment resulting in late fees. Every time I call, there is no one available to assist me. The elevators are out of service almost every time I need to access my unit. I was even locked in the building for over an hour on 11/17/22 due to the code box malfunctioning. If I had another choice I would not use Public Storage! ... Read more

I rented a unit here but wanted to get a bigger unit, I called 3 times and my mother called a few times, we both left voicemails and no call back. We waited over a week. I scheduled a move out date on the app and immediately got a call, i told the lady what happened and got no apology. I do not recommend this place solely on the poor customer service. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
