Casondra was extremely helpful to assist with auto pay and moving out of the storage unit! I had a really great experience with public storage and didn’t need the unit any more but I will definitely come back to public storage in the future. ... Read more

My motorcycle broke down on the vickery bridge and Bill FROM PUBLIC STORAGE came up to see how he could help. He was extremely busy with customers but managed to get me some zip ties to get me home. Unfortunately I needed more help. He would'nt except money as he rides too and he said it was the right thing to do. I've been in the moving industry for 15 years , it was settling in a bad situation getting a helping hand or helping neighbors , helping others are great values in employees. I love that area and it's a relief how clean , safe and friendly that public storage is. ... Read more

Our family has had a storage unit here for over 20 years, and that probably tells you everything you need to know. We were impressed with the management, especially how Bill always treated us like family. It’s nice to have Bill on site to answer questions, the climate control never failed, and our items have been safely housed for decades. What more could we ask for? Highly recommend! ... Read more

I see lots of references to "Bill" and for good reason. Bill immediately made me feel comfortable as he walked me though the processes and property. As we were on the way to my new unit, he said "Hello" to at least three other clients. It was comforting to know he knows the folks who rent with him. The place is spotless and easy to get around. I could go on, but suffice it to say, I've had a wonderful experience moving in and look forward to a long-term stay. Almost glowing Bill said, "This is MY place" and his pride is more than justified. ... Read more

Had a hard time figuring out how to complete my registration and payment. For two days I was passed back and forth between people and no one was able to help me. I was finally directed to Bill who was finally able to help me! My experience with Bill was amazing and although he said he hadn’t been trained to fully help with what I was dealing with he still helped me regardless and didn’t just pass me on to someone else. I really appreciated the help and he was very professional and personable. Had a fantastic experience with Bill and will be using public storage in the future! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
