Never in the office, never answer the phone, no carts when needed and the elevators are all currently not working with zero notice which resulted in a wasted trip. The rate increases over the past few years have been outrageous along with terrible service since public storage took over. Look elsewhere for better service and cheaper rates. ... Read more

Initially, the rental process with Public Storage seemed smooth, check-in was simple, access codes worked without issue, and everything appeared straightforward. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned negative. While the rental agreement states that price increases may occur, the last month’s rent was raised  100%, which is unreasonable and far beyond what any renter should expect. A modest increase of 10-15% would be understandable, but doubling the rent feels like an exploitative business practice designed to take advantage of tenants. To make matters worse, enrolling in auto-pay leaves renters with no real recourse, as the charges are processed before any dispute can be addressed. When I contacted employees for assistance, I found their tone dismissive and unhelpful, only adding to the frustration. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. Public Storage demonstrated poor customer care and predatory pricing tactics. I will never rent from Public Storage again and strongly urge others to consider alternative storage providers. ... Disappointed!! On their website it says open at 6am. But not open until 9:30. The public storage site says 9:30 but their personal site is NOT accurate. Probably 50 cars in line due to not being open. Also they have literally no carts. Which is nuts!! ... Read more

They hound you to be out by closing time. Stalking you an hour before close. Begging you to leave. Telling you they don't get paid after closing time. And that is a lie. Then they overcharge you and threaten your credit when you moved out weeks prior, they are absolutely pathetic. ... Read more

If I could give this place zeros stars I would. Trailer was stolen from my personal parking space November the 1st. If it wasn’t because I went in a week later to drop off one of my other trailers I would’ve never found out. Never recieved a call to let me know my trailer had gone missing. Never heard a call back from the supervisor at this location either after numerous attempts. If you have a trailer or anything parked I recommended you to be aware. As I was told they had a person make a account for a few days to gain access to the gate code. ... Read more

An excellent experience because of the juju level of care and attention of Bradley. It was refreshing and so wonderful especially after having had a horrible experience at another Public Storage location. He was friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean. Area of improvement: gate access. The app doesn’t always work, however, I don’t fault Bradley or the property manager because had the same issue at the other location so maybe it’s technology. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
