Recently moved out of a unit I had been paying for since 2016. I scheduled the move out weeks in advance and was even contacted about it. Upon me & the scheduled movers arrival I noticed my lock was missing off of my storage unit and had been locked with another lock. Immediately called customer service and no one was able to help. Went to the front office and saw property worker and regional manager Aaron who couldn’t understand or give an explanation as to why I was unable to get into my unit. Not to mention there were roaches everywhere in the front office. Aaron finally came out to look at the unit and call the locksmith who stated it would be 3pm before they could come and I told him that wouldn’t work because my movers are here and has a schedule. Aaron stated that he would give us a couple more days for free to come and get our items or we could break the lock and get in. We literally had to break into our own storage unit to gather our items . I will never use public storage again. It is illegal to hold someone things . Hence right to privacy and right to access . This complaint will be going to corporate or court as well. ... Read more

If I could say 0 stars I would! This place is terrible! I ordered a unit by talking to someone through a machine first of all! Never had any eye to eye contact whatsoever! Can't get a hold of anyone now! It just goes back to the same recording! I've tried calling corporate and the same thing happened! I was told originally the unit I bought was $45. Well they keep charging $75 every month! And the messed up thing is I can't even get into my storage! Someone else's lock is on the unit that I'M PAYING FOR! I called and left a message to tell them to cancel the unit, QUIT CHARGING MY CARD FOR A UNIT I CANT EVEN ACCESS! And they took ANOTHER $75 out of my account when the price should only be $45! Don't come here if you're a minority! They don't like us! ... Read more

Having on going issues with this location. The managers bounce around so when you think you have a situation rectified it fails to be communicated with the additional managers. We had been locked out of his storage for a lil over a month because they did renovations on the property right after he signed the agreement and didn’t communicate that they would be removing our lock and replacing the locks with theirs .. and when we tried to get the key no one could find it . Its just horrible These 2 cars are also always blocking the entryway and it’s annoying having to reverse out the alley with all the humps esp when other vehicles are parked getting things out of their storage ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
