Rats!! Started at around $45 up to a year later went up to $77 for a very small rat infested unit. I went to move my things and found rat feces and fur all throughout one of my unsecured boxes of clothes. Looks like the little Big Ears were using my clothes for a nice twin size bed for themselves. Rat feces had something white on the tail end of them too like parasite egg sacs. I was horrified to see that. Also, the units are directly under the scorching sun. Every time I would go there to get something out of my unit, I was baking under the sun. The lady that works there is nosey too. She would always come out suspiciously and see what you were doing despite knowing you were renting there. The two times I went up there to see her in the office, she was mysteriously missing but would always be there watching when I only went there for my unit. Too expensive for the rodent infestation. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
