Terrible service. I had an outside unit, their cleaning/landscaping crew with their blowers, would weekly blow into the unit lots of grass clippings, dust, and much debris. Brought this to their attention, many times. -- They did NOTHING to remedy the issue. They promised to move me into an inside unit, which they never did. Would probably be OK to rent an INSIDE unit from them, but not an outside unit. Again: Terrible customer service. The ONE Star is only because it's required; Otherwise would be ZERO Stars. ...
