The lady behind the desk makes Bridgett is extremely friendly and helped me move into a new unit and even held the door for me multiple times while going in and out. Would recommend this place to anyone ... Read more

I'm sure the facility is great, but I never got that far. The associate was extremely dismissive and couldn't care to be bothered to explain when I asked about specifics since the website says certain things may "vary by location." Either she is not informed on their products or simply doesn't want to work. Hands down the reason I won't entertain using them. ... Read more

Robert was incredibly helpful, demonstrating excellent communication and deep knowledge. He stepped in and resolved issues we've been struggling with for weeks. Ms. Chandice also provided great assistance and worked seamlessly with Robert. Their teamwork made all the difference. My family and I are truly grateful—thank you both! ... Read more

There is a pest control issue. Mice & rats scurrying around. There is a foul smell upon entering the facilities. There are no dolly’s for use. When I arrived to visit my unit there were several couples removing what they described as “the rest” of their belongings. As they were sent video surveillance footage showing units being broken into & their items being removed. The property manager was not present to rectify the issue or offer any apologies. ... Gabby was amazing! Even on her WORST DAY, she was still kind, personable, and super helpful. I could tell something was bothering her however she didn’t let that stop her from giving me 100% of her time and her attention. She was patient and knowledgeable as well as honest and gave me good time frames. She even showed me my storage space a few minutes prior to closing for the day. She didn’t rush me! I don’t know her but I love her ????????! She makes this location amazing! I look forward to seeing her and becoming acquaintances. ... Read more

While Ivy has always been exceptional, my experience with Public Storage has been nothing short of disappointing. For over two years, the company has failed to replace the furniture dollies that are essential for customers who need to move items in or out of their units. This lack of action demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer needs and convenience. I don’t visit often, but every time I do, I’m reminded of how little this company values its patrons. When I first rented this space, it was managed by a different company, and the difference in service quality was night and day. Once Public Storage took over, the facility rapidly deteriorated. What was once a clean, well-kept property now resembles the backdrop of a low-budget film, poorly managed and unkempt. It’s appalling that corporate leadership would allow such a decline, prioritizing profits over basic customer service and property maintenance. I will never use Public Storage again and strongly advise anyone who values their belongings to look elsewhere. Your money and your possessions deserve to be handled with care and respect, this company clearly does not provide. ... Read more

My client and I just had the best experience securing two different size units. Ivy, the rep on site, was helpful, professional, provided all the details we needed and explained everything very calmly & patiently. We feel she went the extra mile for us. Excellent service is hard to come by these days, but Ivy proved it can be had. Thank you Ivy!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 3106 Old Spanish Trail has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 3106 Old Spanish Trail can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 3106 Old Spanish Trail come at a variety of prices, starting from $53 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $406 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
