I called the facility behind Target, and Brett was very professional and ready to help out where he can. I have yet to move anything there yet but will update if so. I treated 4 stars due to not having moved items into this storage. ... Read more

We have a climate controlled unit, we've probably had it about a year and a half now. I have no complaints. We don't live far at all, and really just needed some extra space. We keep accumulating things, but our house is not getting any bigger, so this was our best option for now. You do not have 24 hr. access, (unless it has changed since we first got the unit) but it's fine for us, because we don't have anything there that we will need in the middle of the night. All and all, we've had zero issues with the owners or our unit, and the price is fair. I wish we didn't need the extra space and monthly payment, but what are you gonna do? Until we move into a bigger house or downsize all of our stuff, this is where we'll keep the things we don't need, but also don't want to throw away. If you need a place to store your stuff, look no further. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
