Convenient and reasonably priced. Had some difficulties getting the latch to shut today and Erin helped me out. The lady I spoke with at the front desk offered to take my key and have maintenance take a look later but then Erin came and offered to walk with me to the unit and troubleshoot. She said I could get another unit but it’s just a finicky latch that can be managed (or if it keeps being troublesome, I’ll take them up on the offer!) Shout out to Erin for going above and beyond. ... Read more

I just really love this place. Forgot to put money in my account but the lovely staff reached out to remind me about paying before late fees accord. They are so friendly and helpful. For the price I'm paying, it really is a steal. Also its always so clean when we stop by.. 101/10 will always recommend. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
