DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!!!! Friend rented a unit here and it was broken into and everything was stolen. Place has no cameras and is not insured. Pretty suspicious considering only his unit was broken into. Most likely an inside job. Owners acted like it had happened before and were zero help. Avoid at all costs. ... Read more

The owner is a good man and is the cheap est than anyone in town. I'd checked the prices on storage units before hand & his storage units are in fact the cheapest. And if you have a hardship or an obstacle that burdens you financially. Be honest with the owner. Yes, he'll ask questions but will work with you. It is nice to peacefully know that your personal belongs, your memoirs and your keepsakes are safe in his hands. Thanks again to the owner of Budget Self Storage. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.

At Griffin Place Storage - 216 Deb Avenue, available security amenities may include Security Camera, designed to help keep your items protected.
