    There was decent..ish effort to be empathetic toward customer. However, office hours should be longer or at least accurate to what website says. Follow ups for people who specify auto debit should be made, instead of waiting and accessing a late fee. Was a 2 star because no one would answer phone during early hours of office hour specification, raised it to a 3 after, due to clarity that manager only is in from 9 to 4:30. Also no after hours emergency contact number, but that kind of comes with an off site manager storage unit. ... Read more
