I rented a unit after working with Janelle, and she made the process of renting a unit effortless. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always has a positive attitude. Janelle’s dedication to providing great customer service truly stands out. I would absolutely follow her to a new place if she ever decided to move on. It's clear she is a huge asset to the team, and I hope the management recognizes her hard work and commitment before she makes any decisions to leave ... Read more

Response to owner: I rented from you for 2 months not 2 years. I did rent from you for 3 months a few years ago. Your policies are very clear and threatening when I started the tenancy 2 months ago. I sent the pics and emails to the account that sent me emails too. Ill post the pics of the emails in pics of this so people can see that I did do what I said I did instead of your insinuations that I am deceptive in this post. The employee I spoke to only worked there on Saturday, who worked there Friday? The person who normally works there has worked for the company for many years. It was not one day the box was not checked, but 2 days. The email account apparently was not checked or you would have seen the email I sent that is now "GONE/NOT RECEIVED" even though it is the same account I regularly receive emails from you....sigh. Please note: Apologies work much better than accusations/excuses as you have now leveled against me. Dropped my keys off Thursday to terminate my rental. Emailed Friday at 6am with pics of drop off. No Response. Call Saturday, no record of my keys. Office checks and the keys are still in their drop box. TWO days no one checked the drop box or read the email... Good thing I called. When I moved in, it was an extensive process to move out with 10 days notice or forfeit deposit. The rules were extensive on everything. What is the use of rules if they are not responding to their email or checking the key drop box at the facility? I had also tried to go in Friday at 2pm to check on my move out and they were closed for lunch...sigh. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.

The facility at 1165 South 1950 West offers 24/7 access, allowing you to visit your unit at your convenience.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.

Yes, most standard vehicles can be stored in self storage units. A 10x20 unit typically provides enough space for a car, while outdoor or designated parking areas may be available for larger vehicles.
