Danielle was fantastic!!! She was very, kind, professional and very, very patient with me. She made the experience easily and delightful. I wish there were more kind and considerate people that knew what they were doing like she was with me. ... Read more

Very poorly ran storage unit. No one is ever at the office, even though the office hours say open until six. When you call the building you get a robot and when you try to get a human on the phone , it’s impossible. They tell you to leave a “brief message” and a property manager will get back to you, but they never do. I would get all my stuff and leave, but they can’t even answer the phone to help me with that. I would not recommend the Hillwood location to anyone. In fact I would do the opposite. ... Read more

I love this facility for many reasons (ease of access and cleanliness are but two) but Kaylie and Danielle make all the difference. Moving things in and out of storage can be tiresome, but it's good to be able to get a helping hand to make the process easier. Whether I'm calling or there in person, staff like these two make me confident about where I store my goods. Highly recommend! ... Read more

Updated... I was unable to use the app to enter the facility when I signed up months ago. I left the review, and the district manager Vanessa reached out in short order to assist. I met her at the facility as she worked with me for over an hour and a half, calling it and trying to find a solution. Vanessa's prompt response and tenacity won the day. Shortly after, I was able to access the via the app. Vanessa should be recognized for tenacity and professionalism, as I believe she is a tremendous asset and should be recognized! My experience with Vanessa is the primary reason why I did not leave. Do not let her go! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
