Update: May 2026... so everything went quiet on the attempted break in of my unit, supposedly I was told of bad employees and they took care of it and nothing else has happened after I reported the incident months ago which I was told of a follow up and none was really done and the ice breaker they don't have cameras on my section, interesting.... and then I don't appreciate when I do come on the premises to go into my unit I get observed like they doing some false walk around inspection.... whose to say they're not eyeing my stuff when it's opened while I'm there plus the gates are busted and damaged again and the ACH payment never works so you have to always stay ontop of that in the app... too much going on and they steady increasing the fees per usual, so unprofessional... Update: Feb.2026 After making numerous calls for a full 2 weeks someone finally got back to me and is going to look into the footage and see whom was trying to break into my unit, etc. But in the meantime I have not been in this Unit for barely 6months and already my Rental price has increased ontop of the issue of safety and someone breaking in... omg... not good business at all. Jan.2026... So I go to my unit by chance and notice that my unit lock has been tampered with and looks like someone was trying to break in and the metal latch that my lock was on was snapped in half, the metal itself... a BIG RED FLAG...they just have anyone on the premises walking the place when the gates are wide open, nevermind insurance. What are we paying for and not going to even speak about the expense of the place and you can't even feel safe that you stuff is secure enough. I have pictures for proof and I definitely didn't move into this unit with damage to the lock and metal loop. I've called 5 times and nothing good luck to anyone picking up the phone or calling you back from management. Very very disappointed... 2024-current.... Definitely was warned by others about the slip up of an increase in the rent not really a good enough notice. The last few times the gates did not work or the coded pad was not working. And the app started to glitch where my autopay was removed and luckily I caught it in time before I was hit with a late fee and penalties. Not good business practice. Too many issues as of late for them to increase the rent. ... Smooth and Easy Kiosk Check in and Susan helped with setting up the App so no need to worry about punching in a gate code or getting too close to the cement poles with your vehicle. ?? ... Read more

Unless you want your items water damaged in the climate control unit s, do not rent here. It's virtually impossible to reach a human customer service representative or a physical site manager. Incredibly rude and no one wants to take accountability. ... Read more

This was the easiest and most organized process i have used in renting a storage unit! Nothing difficult about finding the right size unit, filling out the paperwork, or moving in. The app is pretty neat and allows easy entry through the gates. I also like how easy it is to update the rental, check the next payment and even cancel the extra insurance. Thanks Melinda (I hope I got the name right) for checking in on us by phone a few days after we got setup, that put my mind at ease since we basically talked to no one the whole time. Crazy what a good website and organized process can do. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
