Read some helpful reviews of Jack Rabbit Storage at 5929 Providence Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I was upsold to the "premium" unit that is about 150 cubic feet less than advertised. They stand on -size may be approximate. Does that mean my payments can be approximate too????? No ability to see a unit or location map of facility. Only blind reserve on internet. The roof of the unit has seemingly never been cleaned with a rusty dust layer over your belongings. The golf cart maintenance guy smiled and waved as I drove by. Only positive so far. Rented from few other outfits in town and this is the worst so far. Shopping around but now will have to take the time to move everything out before planned. Not fun. Waste of my life. ... Read more

Such a great experience!! We needed to store a few rooms worth of household goods for a few months. Jack Rabbit has easy and secure access, on ground level. Olivia is a real gem ~ She was a big help when I was initially searching for a unit, patiently showing me a couple of options to consider. More recently she was very helpful regarding an issue in the building housing my previous unit, as well as facilitating my moving to a smaller (and less expensive) unit that would fit my needs just fine. Every time I've spoken with her she has been just so pleasant and helpful ~ fantastic customer service is hard to come by these days but she epitomizes it! ... Read more

Update: The corporation has the ability to change your contract and based on how they feel the business should operate. Do note: What is written in your contract can be redacted at their will and you will be told to comply with their requirements... Unless you tell them you will report it to WAVY, in which case, they will honor their contract. I feel that their service was great until it became an issue on new requirements and them not wanting to honor a ~2 month old contract renewal/resigning. Beware to the consumer. Today is my first day here. I have to admit that the staff and Check in process is seamless. I can say with a high degree of confidence that this rental unit will be managed accordingly. I'm glad to have chosen this place for our storage needs. It is also nice to know that management lives on property. ... Read more

We have been renting from this location for 3 years now. Carol and Steve (managers) have been great, always helpful and knowlegeable about their different size units. We store our home stuff in one climate controlled and have two big units for our business. And they always are on a first name basis with their customers. I appreciate that personal touch. I would recommend anyone to rent from this location. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Jack Rabbit Storage - 5929 Providence Road has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Jack Rabbit Storage - 5929 Providence Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 360 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Jack Rabbit Storage - 5929 Providence Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $59 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $252 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
