????? Outstanding Service – Caroline is Truly Exceptional I cannot say enough good things about Caroline at West Coast Self Storage. She helped me years ago, and now once again she has gone above and beyond to provide outstanding service. It is rare to find someone who is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about helping people. Caroline is professional, patient, efficient, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and find solutions. Her knowledge of the business is exceptional, and she consistently makes what could be a stressful process feel easy and seamless. Over the years, she has demonstrated the same high level of dedication, kindness, and expertise. Employees like Caroline are the reason customers keep coming back. In my opinion, she is one of the greatest assets West Coast Self Storage has and would be an excellent Senior Representative or leader within the company. Thank you, Caroline, for your professionalism, hard work, and for always treating customers with respect and genuine care. West Coast Self Storage is fortunate to have you, and I highly recommend this facility because of people like you. Five stars isn’t enough. ????? ... Read more

It was my first visiting the place. I had a few questions for the front desk. They welcomed me with their smiling. And gave all I wanted to know the answers and showed me a couple of vacancy rooms. It was so helpful me. The gentleman and a lady both were very kind and they treat me as a customer with their professionalisms. I will recommend anyone if someone is looking for a storage company. This is the company you need. I could process the pepper work so smoothly at the front desk. Thank you for your hardworking. You guys are so awesome I can give you 5 stars! ... Read more

This review is a little late. I rented a storage unit from this location for the second time. Caroline is still the best—friendly and impeccable customer service. Moving can be stressful from packing, loading the U-Haul, and transportation to the storage, but time and time again, Caroline has made the moving process less stressful—great location, great office hours, and building access hours. I will definitely rent a storage unit from here if I move again and recommend friends/family, too! Thank you, Caroline, for being the best at what you do! You are a big part of the reason I decided to rent from this location for a second time (: ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
