Amazing facility. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly manager. I ask a lot of questions and everyone of them was answered to my complete satisfaction. The facility and staff are fine, the cast is outrageous. I started renting there, and within 3 months, they jacked up the rent by $60, then 6 months later, it was another $30. Glad I am moving my storage as I just received notice that the rent is going up another 40$. My apartment rent hasn't gone up that much at all over the same period. The corporation is just greedy. $130 in a year is ridiculous. Be careful: they may offer introductory prices, but they'll increase them right away. ... Read more

Don't rent here unless you love the idea of rent increasing by about 10% every 6 months or so. In 2.5 years my rent has increased by over 60% from the original agreed upon price. I also purchased my own insurance and twice have had to argue why I shouldn't have their in-house, expensive and inferior insurance added on at an additional cost. ... Read more

My family had our RV there and all was fine for a while. One day someone used an account for the gate and took our trailer and everything in it. We didn’t even know for several days! Special things that we had in there were gone. The blankets my mom made for me and my little brother with her own hand after we were born, we can’t hold anymore. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
