Read some helpful reviews of Money Saver Mini Storage at 19011 Woodinville Snohomish Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I bought an auction unit at Money Saver Storage through Bid 13. I "Won" the unit Friday morning. At 11:31 am on Friday, Nicole, an employee at the storage unit, left me a message regarding access to the unit. She said access to the unit would end at 11am on Sunday. I returned the call at 12:48 pm the same day, but there was no answer at the facility even though the facility was supposedly open. I went to the unit at about 2:30pm on Friday and filled out paperwork then went to start emptying the unit. The lights in the indoor unit kept going out every two or three minutes, and after about 20 minutes trying to keep the lights on, I had Nicole come to the unit to help. The lights went out after just a couple minutes, and she verified they did not stay on and there was no fix. I asked for her to call me back when the lights were functional and provide me the two days to empty the unit once they provided lights. A reasonable person would expect lights at the indoor unit. She called her district manager to see what could be done but he did not answer. She said I could bring my own lights, but there were no outlets to plug them in to. I left because I could not see in the unit. Later that day, Nicole called me to say that they could provide a light but refused to give me any extra time to vacate the unit. I wasted 2 1/2 hours on Friday. Given the large amount of stuff in the unit, I asked If I could get an access code to enter during and after hours. Nicole told me no. The building is secure, so I asked how I could enter. She said I have to come to the office, but the office is closed and locked at many times during the day as Nicole runs the place alone. She has to assist customers for access, use the bathroom etc. The door for removing items is always locked and Nicole told me to prop open the door for access while I load carts from the 3rd floor. Not a very secure method, in my opinion, and other people come and go with a code, so I was afraid of getting locked out, or worse, letting unwanted people in while I was there alone. Bid 13 left messages for the employee but they were not returned as of Saturday. I had paid Necole for the winning bid plus the cleaning fee in green cash as she demanded. The ADDITIONAL restrictions on emptying the unit and lack of properly working lighting were not stated on the auction site. Having to prop a security door open, have no lights, no afterhours access, unoccupied office during business hours, waiting hours for a response from the manager, prevent me from emptying the unit. So far, the facility has not offered anything to solve the problems, and they prevent me from following through on the purchase. I will also add that the "Carts" they provide are so small that it would take many hours to empty the unit. Trying to get the push carts through a propped open door would be ridiculous. I wouldn't deal with these people. I want my money back, but they refuse, and they won't return calls to the auction company, either. Drive up access? Not for auction winners. You have to use propped open security doors and park across the parking lot in the rain. Bring a tarp and lights and something to prop open the doors....which is totally inappropriate. You could get banned from the facility or criminally charged for doing this, not to mention leaving the facility open to lawsuits from customers that may be assaulted when security measures are compromised. Going to Small Claims Court for this is my option. I will. Update October 5th 2025. Instead of fixing the problems at the facility, the manager banned me from bidding on auctions at the facility. So if you make a legitimate complaint, the management will simply ban you, and then continue abusing customers! ... Read more

Been here a year. Nothing but professional courtesy by both Roger and Nicole. No lighting to keep squatters away, I get it. $20 for 2 LED rechargeable work lights work fine. Had a lock from my previous that works fine. Online paying app makes my billing easy. Cheap dollies from Harborfreight and bins from Walmart makes storage easy if marked. Hope I've helped... ... My family moved within Woodinville. I visited several locations and this place was the best customer service, I didn't need cash, and it had a truck. I ended up with 3 units over the move. Roger was awesome to work with and helped me out many times, always said hi and remembered my name and unit. The truck is probably the cheapest box truck around and it is really nice. You have to be a owner to use it though. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Money Saver Mini Storage - 19011 Woodinville Snohomish Road has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Money Saver Mini Storage - 19011 Woodinville Snohomish Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 400 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Money Saver Mini Storage - 19011 Woodinville Snohomish Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $39 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $685 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
