I am a current renter and I needed a bigger unit. I called customer service to rent a bigger unit. The woman there said I had to cancel my unit first then rent a different unit. I told her I wanted a pull through unit. She said there wasn't one at the location I was currently in so I had to move location. I had no problem with that. So we canceled my current lease and leased the larger pull through. Upon arrival to the new unit I found it wasn't a pull through. As a matter of fact, none at the new location were pull through. Called again and told customer service and they stated that they would have the local manager call me. I waited almost 3 hours with no call from manager. Called customer service again and a different person told me a manager wouldn't call me till Monday morning. This was very frustrating. So I had to take the one I rented to start moving. Not at all happy with this experience! I used KO storage for years without having issues. Very hesitant to recommend to anyone. ... Read more
