No customer service. Billing will not accommodate a different billing date. I requested and agreed to accept a one-time pro-rate to move my billing date to the 1st of the month when I pay all my other bills. I left multiple messages at two phone numbers. No calls returned; no email response. I received written threat in the mail that I would be sent to collections when first payment was overdue because I forgot it was due one month from occupancy rather than the 1st of the month. In addition, another storage facility has accommodated my request for billing date which was pro-rated on the first bill. Had I not needed a second storage facility immediately, I would never have selected this facility. I am concerned as to how my notice to empty my rental will be received and/or acknowledged since I have not received any response in the past. I don't even have any written information as to how much notice is required to move out before I am charged for another month. ... Read more

I have rented several storage units and parking spots from All One Storage over the last 10 years. Currently have one of each. In response to the two 1 star reviews, you generally reap what you sow. Good communication and respect is a two way street. Rude customers do not intimidate All One Storage. It is definitely worth considering doing business/dealing with All One Storage. Good prices, service and facilities. I like the employees there, but then I don’t expect my daily affirmation from them! ... Read more

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this business. The owner failed to refund me a $60 discount off of my last month’s dues. He agreed to this when I originally signed up. It also took 5 weeks and 5 phone calls and 2 visits to the location from me to finally receive my $100 deposit back. I informed the office that I was moving out more than 30 days from my move out date. They somehow lost record of that info, and claimed that I only gave a two week move out notice (which is not true... I gave over a month notice). In the end, All-One Storage refused to refund me $60. The business owner also had the audacity to insult me over text by saying: “Maybe you can’t read?” and then said, “Do not call us!” I HIGHLY recommend taking your business to another storage facility. ...
