Storage units in Indianapolis, IN

Kevin and Brandi were absolutely wonderful!! They took care of my issue and were kind and understanding and didn't make me feel as if I was wasting their time. They also rewarded me for my long rental history which was so nice of them!!

Awesome service and Jason is very helpful! Very good customer service and always assisting when needed.

Ms Trudy was polite and professional. She informed me in detail about the facility and storage process. Thank you

Kia was great

Customer for 5 yrs. I recently was gifted 2 perks by a worker (regretfully can't recall his name) whom has taken it upon himself to notice my account. Nice to know someone has your back. ????

Dave was amazing, got the wrong unit and he fixed everything, drove me to the new unit and everything.

Kevin and Christy were fantastic to work with. They were kind, professional, and made everything easy. (C.P)

I had a great experience with Public Storage. Beth was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that customer service. I would definitely recommend public storage to anyone looking for convenient and reliable storage option.

I just moved to the west side and needed a storage unit. Once I moved in, I realized I needed a larger unit. It was a very easy switch and Jason made it happen! He made sure all of my questions were answered. I am very happy with my experience!

I’ve had storage units over the years. Ive even had one broken into which was the worst finding out all the things I inherited had been stolen. Here I feel safe going through the gate. Having a code to enter and another to get inside the storage building. Here it’s extremely clean as well. If your searching for a small locker or a 10’x10’ Unit like mine I would say come here for a month or long term. Linda B.’

Great service and was able to get somethings after I got off work so I wasn't locked out.

Thank you Public Storage
