Storage units in Las Vegas, NV

I’m giving public storage a five star rating SIMPLY because of a lady named Pam at their Las Vegas (sahara & decatur) location. That’s it. That’s all… besides that I hate them. ??

We had really good help and a wonderful experience in our recent visit. The man in the office helped us with our issues with our storage unit. He helped us transfer our unit and it took no time at all. His name was Darren.

James is the most friendly representative.

Miss Lei is friendly and knowledgeable she helps any way she can. Always goes above and beyond. And she is always cleaning. This place is spotless !!

Joyce has been very helpful and professional in making my experience with public storage

Shay , she is excellent in doing public customer service.

Super clean facilities and monet was super helpful and friendly.

This location is so convenient clean and small to get in and out. The best part is Carol. She runs this office. There are no words to describe her kind professional and very helpfull she is all about customer service and making things right if there not. She needs a raise and trip for all that she does for public storage

Jim has the absolute best customer service what so ever! Thank you for everything Jim!
