Storage units in Chattanooga, TN

Very clean property. Management has always been very kind and accommodating. I love that 24 hour access is available, however, I do feel that the extra fee for this should either be a little less costly or free. I did get a great deal for my unit as well as 24 hour access. But I lucked up on needing a unit during a holiday in which there was an amazing deal. Otherwise, I couldn’t have afforded the extra cost. Bc of my schedule, I really need to be able to access my unit anytime. That’s truly the only negative I see with this property. I would definitely recommend using this storage facility!

Ms Tabby at the Public Storage is very friendly she has an awesome personality and was willing to help me with any of my needs I would recommend this public storage to book with.

Very nice and easy to deal with

Mary has been awesome getting us set up with 2 storage units. The facility is awesome!

Had to switch phones and Google wouldn't let me in so I had to create a new account wasn't able to access my app my gate code or anything I came in and Anna was very helpful gave me my gate code help me set up my new email on my account so that way I can download a new app so I can use the gate open feature

My recent experience with Public Storage was very positive. The entrance/exit gate opened using app on phone, grounds were spotless, and the building was very clean!
