Dope storage. Cool people. Secure location. Kicked me out at 7pm.

I love this facility. First used it for several months when I was moving into SLO in 2022, and recently rented again for a short-term (hopefully) need. Based on the prior experience, I didn't bother to shop around this time. I had previously had a bad time with a large nationwide storage company (rhymes with "sublic porridge") in another city, where my storage unit was robbed twice within a year. I could say that I suspected an inside job, but I won't say that. Buckley has much better security measures than the other place, and the whole facility is kept tidy. Happy to see that Vince is still managing the place, and that Georgia and Bill are still the veteran crew. They're all super friendly and helpful, and they don't seem to mind that I keep stopping by the office to see if the complimentary cookies are available!

I was really happy with how easy everything turned out, even though I was kinda nervous about moving my stuff for the first time. The guy at the front desk took the time to walk me through all the sizes and pricing, no pressure at all which was great. I ended up getting a small unit for a few months and it was way cleaner and more secure than I expected. Found the place pretty fast too, its tucked back off the main road but the signs are clear. My key card worked perfectly every time I went in, even late at night when I was hauling boxes. Honestly it was just a smooth experience and I wouldnt hesistate to go back if I ever need storage again.

Just got a space there, thank you ma'am in the front office. I can appreciate all the cameras you guys have there by the way and thank you for walking me through the insurance setup over the phone that weekend. Appreciate local businesses like ya'll. -BR

Their safety, attention, and respect speak volumes about their empathy with the users of their service. Thank you! ??

Many thanks to Roberto who helped me find my unit
