She took the time to walk me through different unit options, explained everything clearly (without making me feel overwhelmed), and was really patient while I figured out what would actually work for me. What I appreciated the most is that she never tried to push me into something bigger or more expensive. She was genuinely focused on helping me find the right unit, not just making a sale. She even helped me compare a couple options and broke down the pricing in a way that made it super easy to understand, which helped me feel confident that I was staying within my budget. That kind of transparency is honestly rare. On top of that, the facility itself felt really clean, secure, and well-maintained, which matched what a lot of other people say about this location being easy, efficient, and customer-focused. Overall, Sara made what I thought was going to be a stressful process feel simple and straightforward. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they leave feeling taken care of. I’d absolutely recommend asking for her if you’re coming here, you’ll be in really good hands.
