We stored our belongings at this facility for several years and had a great experience. The property is very secure, always clean, and well maintained. Stephanie consistently provided outstanding customer service, whether we spoke with her over the phone or in person. She was always friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions we had. The facility always had carts available, which made moving our belongings much easier. The restrooms were clean, and despite our unit being on the fourth floor, access was never an issue thanks to the convenient elevators. The climate-controlled environment stayed consistently cool, and we never experienced any problems with heat or moisture damaging our belongings. Overall, this is an excellent storage facility with exceptional management. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-run place to store their belongings.
