Oscar at Public Storage was fantastic in helping us switch to a different unit. During the transfer process, we learned that the online pricing could not be honored in person. Oscar went above and beyond by suggesting that we reserve a new unit online so we could take advantage of the Memorial Day sale, and he offered to cancel our current unit to make the transition as smooth as possible. He clearly explained the differences between climate-controlled and standard units, walked us through the available options, and showed us the property map so we could make an informed decision. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made the entire process easy and stress-free. I’d also like to recognize Theresa, who was friendly, welcoming, and offered assistance when we arrived. Although Oscar was already helping us, her kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Thank you both for the excellent customer service!

Good location and the prices are different. They also offer discounts depending on your needs and length of stay which is great if you’re looking for long term rental. You’ll get peace if mind about your belongings being safe as the facility looks secure with unique access codes and security cameras all around the place. Shoutout to Jeremy for helping me out with my storage needs. Such a cool guy, took the time to give me a tour and show me different sized units and made the process very smooth.
