I visited the Harbor location to secure a storage unit and had an excellent experience. Bree was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process, guiding me step by step and making everything smooth and easy to understand. Highly recommend this spot.

The facility itself is nothing fancy, just a normal storage facility. However, the guy that runs the place, Ralph, runs the place with integrity. Once you’re in he’ll treat you like a good neighbor. Place is kept clean and organized and I think tries his best to keep it that way.

This is an awesome facility, I dealt with Tammie who is extremely helpful and easy to work with, I rented a car spot for storage and her expertise and professionalism during the sign up made it a very pleasant and easy transaction. I had an issue with my parking space and 1 phone call to Public Storage and Susanna immdiately respond with a solution. Not only did Susanna fix the corcern but handled it promptly and efficiently. No fuss no hassle just fixed the issue. I have been a customer on and off for a number of years and found PS to be the most efficient and cost friendly for public storage. Every time I get a new RV or trailer the next call is to Public storage. Thank you again Susanna for assisting me this morning and Public Storage should be pleased to have you as you are a truly professional staff member. Very convenient for me. Never see the gate left open or suspicious people about. There are often workers for the businesses that store trucks here during the day, so that provides additional deterrence for uninvited people. Only had to deal with the management once (a fireman parked his RV in my spot because it is a good spot and that's what firemen do). Temporary fix was a five minute phone call with Dana (Mgmt). Is it more expensive than Garden Grove, Stanton or unincorporated parts of the county? Probably, but its worth it. Also, they just did a huge expansion leaving my parking spot in a wide open access area. Easiest trailer back-up ever! Don't need the wife to come along anymore.
